Order Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Golden Legacy Solutions. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. Please review the following return and refund guidelines.
Returns
- All returns must be authorized in advance. Contact us at support@goldenlegacys.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Only unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
- Due to safety and quality concerns, opened herbal supplements and products with broken safety seals are non-returnable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% will apply to all approved returns.
- Returns will not be accepted for used, opened, or damaged items unless the issue is due to our error.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit for eligible items, less any applicable restocking and shipping charges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The integrity of our products is important to us. Expiration dates are one way we monitor product quality and safety. Due to product safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns for single herbs, herbal formulas, tablets, and capsules when the product’s safety seal has been broken or freshness compromised.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This policy supports our commitment to provide safe, high-quality products.
Unfortunately, returns on clearance items or gift cards cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@goldenlegacys.com.
