Opening an Account

At Golden Legacy Solutions LLC we only sell to practitioners and students of Traditional East Asian Medicine / Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).  We are happy to assist in setting you up with an account if you meet one of the following criteria.

 

Practioners

  • You are a state-licensed healthcare practitioners of Traditional East Asian Medicine / TCM.
  • If you reside in a US state without licensure, you may demonstrate that you are certified by The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM, at www.nccaom.org) as a Diplomate in Chinese Herbology or Diplomate in Oriental Medicine.
  • You are another licensed health practitioner (such as an MD, DO, ND, DC) you may be eligible. If Traditional East Asian Medicine or TCM is in your scope of practice, please contact us for more information.

Students

  • If you are a student you must be enrolled in a school accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM, at https://www.acahm.org/).  Please provide your student ID or enrollment verification.

Clinics and Schools

  • Clinics and schools offering herbal medicine supplements as part of standard of care. Please contact us for more information.

We do not sell directly to the public.  However, we are more than happy to help you find a practitioner in your area.

To have your account verified and begin purchases, please fill out the appropriate form below. There is a form for practitioners and a form for students.
